To keep your product in good condition, please avoid exposing it to heat — for example, don’t leave it in the car on a sunny day, as heat can warp or damage the material.
You can clean it using mild soap and water, or gentle baby wipes.
If any pieces are lost or damaged, we’re happy to provide replacements for a small fee. Just get in touch if you need a replacement.
